Can customers book trips through TripDesk?
No. Customers continue to book directly with your company. TripDesk is an internal app for your owners, staff and guides, with customer-facing review links where relevant.
How do guides join the business?
The office invites a guide using their name, mobile number and role. The guide signs in with that number, accepts the invitation and completes their profile.
Does TripDesk move or process payments?
TripDesk records collections, transfer proofs, expenses, guide payments and cash handovers. Your business remains responsible for collecting, verifying and making the actual payments.
Is TripDesk available on iPhone?
The Android app is currently available through the Play Store testing programme. iPhone availability has not been announced. Contact us for current access information.
How do I get access or ask about subscriptions?
Open the Google Play listing using the links on this page. Testing access may be required. For access, onboarding or current subscription information, email support@pixelaccord.com. We do not take subscription payments on this website.
